Skill Reset Question

Hello everyone , I'm wondering.. if I reset my skills, do I lose my research facilty for exempel if I dont choose this skill again ? Or will my staff lose their "Training points" ?

Did someone try this already ?

Not sure on staff training upgrades, but I did check on both the greenhouse and research facilities after resetting skills. The buildings remain but you cannot enter them anymore. Of note with the research facilities though, you do retain the recipes you learned from them but I am not sure about any cooking bonuses you may have obtained.
