ULTIMATIVE GUIDE how to counter Yoshi / Xiaoyu / Zafina
After playing many hours in part 7 and 150+ hours in part 8, I think my guide is now ready. I really found the way how to play with these char's. And if something will change, I let u know.

If you meet a xiao, I suggest the following option, no matter what rank it is, often it will always be higher. It is correct to count the xiao rank as taking away about 6 dans if you really want to play. But I prefer the simpler option, the map is loaded, then the CG'video, Round 1, Fight!, immediately sharply and surely, quality and professional tea bag and ki-charge . Then you let go of the device, get up, and boldly go make yourself some tea or coffee, because right now you have a great time for a break .

Zafina counters in much the same way. In any case, if you play with a plus or minus honest character, you still won’t win. But okay, even if you win, it won’t bring you any pleasure from the fight. Because it doesn’t look like a fight with both of them. It's seems more like incompetent drunk surgeon is simply trying to amputate legs to your character.

The situation with Yoshi is ambiguous. There is a 50/50 chance that you will come across a skilled Yoshi player. But in any case, they will have one thing in common. They will disappear, spam unblock on your legs, making a flash, all the dirtiest things that this character have at his disposal. But no one will try to play fair with you. Basically, I always try to answer in the same coin. I play on Paul. If I’m too lazy to play with Yoshi, and this is almost always (since it’s useless), then I just non-stop press 1 move to choose from - a bulldozer or some other useless move's (Paul has a lot of them). Sometimes I just continue to learn movement, or I try to learn step, like in training. It’s as if my opponent isn’t there right now. I usually never even attack Yoshi back.

So, the explanation:
Do not misunderstand me. I love Yoshi, this is probably the best character design in this game. He's very cool. And xiao is great too. She is cute. But I just go into this game to play with the player, not with his character. I enjoy it when I feel my opponent's timing, when I am fully involved in the game, when I use my reaction, my motoric skills to win. I don't need the character to win for me. I could take any buffed character, and they would just give me a point of win. But it will be an absolutely dry game, without emotions, without adrenaline and drive, which is why I love this game. I'm not that interested.

Even with Feng it turned out to be more pleasant to play with, I see his movements, I can react, I learned where to punish, yes, he has a nasty playing style, but it’s still a fight. Even they play more appropriately and respectfully towards their opponents. Sometimes there are exceptions when they want to take you out quickly, and Feng will succeed. But according to the statistics of my fights, even the Feng's came here for a good fight.

No matter how hard you try, no matter what you do, xiao-zafina-yoshi, the result of the fight is always known in advance. All these players play the same way and use the same options. (I meet a lot of them). So why should I waste time and nerves. Namco doing with this very well, when every 20 minutes there is a maintenance on the servers, and you need to completely re-enter the game. Or when game crashed with a blue screen or any error's. This is quite enough for me. I launch this game for emotions, adrenaline and a cool fight. But with these characters I don’t even have negative emotions. Yes, I really would like to at least be angry.

Yes, I love Yoshi, Xiao is cute, Zafina is funny. But the players behind these characters, forgive me, I have no respect for you. After 1.2k hours on the Paul, in T7, and 170x in T8, I’m almost Fujin, I realized that there are no emotions from the battle, neither from victory not from defeat with these characters. So you are guaranteed a tea bag or ki-charge. You're just do not receive a normal fight. After all, I don’t receive it. If you want to write a teach matchup, don’t bother and feel free to go f*ck yourself. It's useless. Kazuya's hellsweep 50x50? So with these char's you are always in this condition through the all battle. If you want to say you don't have enough skill - go fu urself again.

I will repeat, even if I win, it does not bring me anything from this fight. Does it make sense to explain why this happens only with these characters? I think no. Because a skilled player sees everything perfectly well. To everyone else, wish a driving, powerful, charged and excellent fight, except... I think this guide is excellent.
p.s Alt+Tab strategy is great too.

Common complaint: I can't beat character X because of made-up reasons that I've spent more time coming up with than practicing.
Boring!

P.S. If someone has a problem with these fighters, they should admit to themselves that they not only have a poor understanding of their opponent's fighter, but they don't know much about their fighter.
People don't like these characters because they're the best at pointing out your mistakes and complete lack of adaptability.

I had problem with them, now it's ok... I played with Xiaoyu and Zafina on 6-7 ranks to learn them a little. now I can fight them, I see their moves. Xiaoyu is really strong, you need to know what you can punish and to keep your distance with her so you can use some mid pokes to ♥♥♥♥ her gameplan.

Yoshi... well, I didn't play with him yet, but as all Yoshi do the same things, I start to protect myself well. What is deadly to me, it's near the wall. When he turns on himself to dodge he is so fast i can't react and then I am traped. it'll take time to master all the matchups. At least 1 year.

And for me, the number one I don't like to fight is Jin... give me Victor, Hwoarang or Azucena if you want, it's fun. But Jin, boring to fight.
