Performance Stats EXPLAINED

[Maxaemon]

This is a re-post from Tekken's reddit forum, based on somewhat tested best guesses from community players.

ATTACK

troublemaker - using throws
heavy hitter - knockdown / knockback attacks
aggressive - quantity of landed hits and counter hits
overwhelming - power crushes / armor / plus frame moves / unblockables / perfect rounds

TECHNIQUE

precise - your attacks not whiffing
discerning - punishing moves that are minus on block
side swapper - switching sides or stances
stage user - using walls and floors in combos

APPEAL

respectful - re-matching
goal-orientated - winning rounds with low health (great!)
fair and square - doesn't attack first and/or post-round
myriad - using large variety of different moves and mix-ups

DEFENCE

block up - blocking proficiency
dodge king - whiffing opponents attacks (side step, back-dash)
escape artist - throw breaking
composed - keeping your opponent at a distance (keep-out, spacing)

SPIRIT

close combatant - attacking from close range (rushdown)
underdog - frequently beating players with higher prowess / win rate.
full of fight - attacks first and/or corpse kicking after round
hyper focused - hitting opponents with heat moves, rage arts

If you want, feel free to post your stats. Feel like the most important are technique and defense, everything else doesn't necessarily mean much about your tekken skills.

Interesting and good to know, thank you.
The 3 first i got were Overwhelming / Side-Swapper / Underdog.
But now that i reached Orange ranks, with experience it shifted to Close Combatant / Block Up / Troublemaker.

Weirdly enough i never got any of the Appeal titles despite the game showing me it's apparently my most developped stat.

Are you sure troublemaker is throw use? I barely use them at all, and it's S+?

Same thing here. I barely throw normally and it's at S+ and on the other hand I break a lot of throws but my escape artist is somewhat low.

I have a 1% great win ratio and am S+ goal-orientated that is definitely not what that means.

i got troublemaker as my mainstat and as mighty ruler. and i know personally i dont use throws

i got underdog, partly cuz i do well against someone higher rank (random buttons really). mostly cuz my winrate is so bad most matches count.

Oh so this is just guesswork .. Yeah pretty sure a number of these are not accurate.
Pretty sure troublemaker is not related to throws, maybe it's mixup related. My troublemaker stat is in top 3 but I barely use throws very often.

And parrying from Leroy? Is it part of the defense or technique?
