How is the game today?
So it's been two years since the Survivor's release. We're not that far from three at this point.
I've had good memories when I played Fallen Order for the first time myself, so I still remember the disappointment I had when this sequel released and turned out to be an unoptimized mess.

I still even remember when it even sat on Mixed for a good while as well, I think I even remember there being reports that Respawn might not be able to fix the performance entirely.

I'm checking the game today right now however and am legit surprised it's now sitting on Mostly Positive.
Understandably, this makes me want to ask how the game is today.

Star wars: stutter survivor.
Having a fine time with it, everything on ultra 1080 70 fps with no dips.

7800 XT
7800X3D
32 GB 6400 MHz DDR6

Only on the second planet so far though.
I tried playing it again yesterday after a year. At least, unlike a year ago, it doesn't crash every 5 minutes. I have a humble RTX 3060 and Ryzen 5 3600x, I play at 1080p but unfortunately I have to keep everything at minimum (fps from 120 to 70/80, depends on the situations). The CPU struggles a lot, in fact the GPU isn't working at its maximum. At least it's playable (but not thanks to patches or anything) as I really enjoyed the first game and I'm enjoying the second one too. Let's hope for the best with the third chapter, padawan. :survivorcal:
This ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ahh game crash all the time i'm gonna turn into the dark side. (I loved fallen order don't get me wrong) but i dont know why keeps crashing for me, is frustating. I've reached the point of reinstalling the game and still nothing. Even the developers don't care about the issue, but oh well. :steamsad:
Stuttering simulator
Had some stuttering on the first planet. Nothing major since. I'm enjoying.
I'm 2 hours in and had one big frame drop event lasting 20 secoinds or so, and 2-3 major stutters. If I assume it will be about the same for the rest of the game I think it's not bad for the sale price. Definitely not peak performance but my experiance seems to be far better than the reviews would suggest.

Looks great and feels nicer than the first one.
played for 50 hours without crashing, sometimes stuttering in certain places
7800x3d/5080 1440p rt+ultra
nice game, i like it
i got a 5070 and a ryzen 5700x3d and theres some stuterring
plus i got stuck in a bug and simply cant progress, havent found a way to get throught it
after i learn the jump and dash, i was supposed to interact with a door using the force, but blue highlight stuff indicating interacting simply wont show and i cant get throught the door and progress, soo it sucks, 15 hours of gameplay, i wont start all over again, cant fast travel anywhere, it suckkkss,
i thought the game was better now days,
if someone have any ideia of how could i get throught it
Running it on a 7900 XTX and a 7800X3D and its ok I guess... Getting liek 110 FPS and !% of 91FPS here and there
Mileage varies quite a bit obviously amongst replies here. Personally, I'm running a 7800X3D with a 4070 Ti Super and not only is my framerate highly variable, the game also hard freezes 50% of the time when I try to open any submenu or pause the game. I'm about to give up trying to play which is a shame because when it works it's quite fun. If you liked Fallen Order you'll like this game... if you can get it to work.
textures completly breakes for me
this game is weird coz months ago I formatted my pc and was playing llike yesterday and the game ran like trash not sure why [same settings I used before format]. But before I formatted, same windows 11, the game ran pretty darn well. I have no idea why.

But when it ran well sometimes my textures turned like to low quality sometimes. This game is odd performance-wise. Sometimes it runs great, sometimes it just doesn't which is very rare.

But when it runs well it is awesome :ss13ok:

RTX 3080 and ryzen 5900x
