Enough is Enough. I will help. Fix For Ray Tracing Crashing and Occlusion Culling White Flashes and crashing here.
Far too long and i have seen way too many complaints. I can't stand to see you gentlemen suffer. Therefore i am fixing it for you guys.

https://easyupload.io/c0sw3m

Download and place the file here

C:\Program Files\EA Games\Jedi Survivor\SwGame\Content\Paks

It fixes any crashing you have with ray tracing enabled and also occulsion culling is fixed. When you turn the camera and see white flashing at the corners of the screen, this fixes it and any crashes caused by fixing it.

EDIT**

If the Occlusion Culling White Flashes fix is too expensive on your hardware.

here is the fix for only Ray Tracing Crashes

Yup my mod is the go-to. Finished the game with it. The flashes are resolved 100% with no crashes.

I have a question. Is running Ray tracing even worth it? I've been playing since day 1 without and I've tried switching between on and off to see the difference and honestly doesn't seem worth it. I barely see any difference. What can you actually expect, visually, to be different? Cause I'm not gonna lie, it looks pretty damn good at 90fps on a LG Oled without ray tracing.

specs: Oled 4k LG C1, 4080, 5800x, 32 gig ram

Nope, I’ve seen side by side comparisons with RT on vs off and off looks better in a lot of areas. The implementation of RT in this game is beyond basic, and clearly an afterthought.

The biggest difference are the reflections. Jedi Survivor has the worst Screen Space Reflections I've seen, inconsistent and glitchy. Raytracing fixes them. It's a day and night difference. Other than that you'll see not a lot difference, only if you look really really close.

That is definitely a genuine critque to the graphics of this game. The reflections are ass. I must admit I wasnt't in an area with reflections so I don't know what they look like with RT on. I will have to try this as the reflections are genuinely my only complaint with the graphics.

Can you post the file in .ini form? I would like to see what settings specifically did you used.

Thank you so much Sir, for sharing this. I can confirm it fixes the white flashes (can't confirm the crash fix, as I'm not there yet).

Only drawback I could see is that Raytracing range seems to have been reduced: if I go in a cave in Koboh for example, and go into a dark corridor, I can see light at the end of this corridor, as if it was lit (but it's just that the shadows are not computed that far). When I progress inside the corridor, it progressively gets dark. If I disable RayTracing, the issue isn't happening, and the corridor is dark all the way, even in the far distance (hope I make sense).

I suppose this mod overrides the .ini file, right? So it isn't compatible with other mods like the one disabling TAA, as this one also overrides the ini file, correct?

I think I'll definitely use this mod, as I think the white flashes was probably the most disturbing glitch in the game for me. It's OK if I have to disable raytracing.

Thank you again!

RT range is not reduced or edited.

oooommgg thankn you!

And....how comes the devs for this game DIDN'T SPOT THIS EARLIER!!!?

Thanks! A shame it hasn't been fixed officially yet
I just gave it a try. Marvelous!!!! Brilliant!!

No white textures as you move, no crashes in Jedha's underground bunker (I had a lot of repeatable crashes there before)
