So the game is woke because you can make a choice to be gay and you meet a black person?
^^ Just trying to understand, been out of the loop of this for awhile.

They made Henry gay.
He wasnt gay.

They were bought by a company known to force DEI quotas on studios they own.

The developers have direct statements that Henry was heterosexual and that there were no black people in Bohemia... PERIOD! This was around when the first game was released.

So... they just happen to change their mind and add DEI elements after being bought by a DEI company.

If you'd like to ignore that part and just assume people are haters...

Henry isn't gay. If anything he's bi, but it's optional and it's a lot of context driven to get to that point if you want it to be. Henry will be straight and sleeping with women in my playthrough.

The black person isnt from Bohemia, he was traveling from the Kingdom of Mali I believe it is. So there's nothing wrong here. Not that there would be anyway, but from a historical point of view, i guess people in this forum really believe that the black person should be travelling around the entire country to get to where he's going instead of through it. Just to convenience the haters in this forum.

It's an RPG. If you want to play gay, it's your choice. There is no need to.

And there is a black person, yes. It's a bit of a DEI move, i guess. But it's a fact that one of the biggest trade routes of this time goes directly through the region. It's quite possible that the occassional black person was moving through or acted as some kind of ambassador or something. So for me it doesn't feel in any way as cringe as for example making Cleopatra black.

And the preposterous pretzel logic arguments (a character who will ♥♥♥♥ both sexes isn't really bi), Year Zero appeals (but that happened X years ago, it doesn't count) and calling anyone who disagrees a nazi is all you need to know that it's gone woke.
