You should check the in-game changes screen, which includes a complete list of changes. I choose to keep it in a more condensed form here as I don't want the announcement to just be a wall of text.

it seems the warrior seal is bugged with the last update its not transfering anything even after i lvl up the perks

Keep in mind that the seal can't grab glyphs that are already on armor, it needs to be on the armor when the glyph is applied to it. This is the same as how upgrades work with the seal.

Hey i haven't played this game in a long while, but when i did and heard that sweet new soundtrack it caught me off-guard. It's very good! Glad to see this game still getting some improvements! Won my first Duelist run too.
