Workshop Models Not working.

Everytime I get a item from the workshop, the sounds work and the Model is just the default(Non-Reskinned) version. Is there a way to fix this?

Try switching to the 4.3 beta (development branch), start up Synergy to the main menu, then quit and reset to opt out of betas and it should work.
By switching to the beta, it will download the new workshop system, which fixes most of these problems.
