How to lower ping Tips

When running Windows 10:

-Shut down Diagtrack under Services in Task Manager by pressing ctrl alt delete and going to the Services tab and right clicking Diagtrack in the list and pressing Stop or Quit.

When running Windows 10 or any other Windows version:

-Turn off Windows firewall

-Turn off your personal firewall from your virus scanner

-Turn off Windows Defender

-Turn off your virus scanner and its defense system

-Running Steam as an administrator

-Turn off any Windows antivirus program

-Turn off Flow Control by going to your ''Run'' application and typing devmgmt.msc and pressing Enter then going to adapters, right click your wifi router, go to the Advanced tab, select Flow control in the list and select ''Off'' in the menu to the right, and then press Ok. Restart your PC or laptop after you've done this.

-Use an ethernet cable plugged into your computer or laptop directly from your router instead of using WiFi.

-Shutting Wifi off on your computer or laptop if you have your ethernet cable plugged in so it won't bypass to WiFi.

-Turn yourself offline on your Friends list so it won't update

-Turn off any other programs running that use internet, like internet browsers and torrent programs and other background applications that use internet. You can find them and shut them off in the lower right corner by expanding the box that shows all small icons. These are your programs running in the background. You can right click them and press Quit or Exit or Turn off or anything in that fashion to shut them off completely so they won't slow your internet connection and in-game ping.

-Turn off your WiFi on any other device you're using like your mobile phone, iPhone, tablet etc because this will slow down your internet connection as well on your PC or laptop and your in-game Ping.

-Make sure your download server region in the Steam settings is set to your nearest region.

-Make sure Steam or ZPS is not blocked in any antivirus program or on the Windows Firewall application or on a network block list or black list of any antivirus program or other application.

Also, if your FPS is lower than usual as a zombie, go to the ZPS settings and find the option to switch to "Cheap zombie vision" and use this, or don't use zombie vision at all. The standard key to switch zombie vision on and off is ''F''. This will improve FPS drastically when using zombie vision as a zombie.

If you take all of these steps, you will be able to lower your Ping with atleast 50 to 100 points, guaranteed.

That's what I thought thanks :D It will lower ping drastically, it could lower yours by 50 as it did with me!
