2000 & 1004 Error Solved
Well i was having the 2000 and 1004 error on start up so i contacted EA and i had one of the online support reps transfer the cd key to my origin account's game list and i downloaded spore through origin and it worked perfectly fine
(BTW i am using Windows 7)

To contact EA:
Go here https://help.ea.com
Login to your origin account
Under the "GET HELP" box click on "Contact Us"
Type into the search box "Spore" then press search
In the three boxes select "Spore", "Download/Installation Issues" , "PC"
Click Find Solutions
Click on I "STILL NEED HELP"
It will take you to a new page and click on "CHAT NOW" so you can speak with an online advisor who will use the key you have on steam to add it to your origin libraby

All they did for me was send some troubleshooting steps. Which I'm sure won't work.

Yea i tried doing that at first but it didnt work for me either... That's when i contacted EA and idk how they did it but they got it to transfer :P
