Any suggestions on how to beat her. My characters range from Gazer 18 down to 12 for my wizard, though my best ones (Paladin, Ranger, Fighter, Healer) are all 15 or 16. I've tried her a few times and it's just a slow burn to death. Even with the core team I listed above, the healer usually ends up dead within a couple rounds as she seems to focus on him first, even though he's in the back line. I only get a couple of multi-hit spells off, but even with that and hit scores over 30, she seems to dodge half my attacks. Even the ranger's Snipe can't hit reliably. Ultimately, three attempts, about 10 minutes each, all ending in death because I can't hit her reliably after double mass-hit spells. (currently using Chronos demon active with Neptune and her healing rain effect as well)

Well, took a few more tries, but finally got a lucky run using Mars. Still looked like it was going the same as the others, even the healer dying in round 2. Lost the ranger as well around round 5. Eventually, Mars in rage mode finally got three good hits in one round, which got her to the point I could kill her. Total RNG she didn't dodge like all the other times.

If you have not tried yet, debuffing bosses avoid and hit rate and buffing party avoid can give a lot of breathing room. I remember one of the late game bosses had killed my healer and removed my force guard affect in one turn. Then proceeded to wipe everyone but my paladin. Who just defended the whole time while my demons would pop out and slowly whittle the boss until it died. It was my first run. After that, I had made it a habit to maintain buffs and prioritize force guard and whistle.
And if my paladin is not doing its job, I did something wrong. I prioritized its agility and luck , then vitality over anything. To proc frontal guard and parry more often. Vitality may feel super important, but every race has its own max hp that they will reach at level 99.
The next dps check boss is Ether Mirage. For that, I recommend powering up your physical dps characters weapons with the ether mill if you have not gotten any decent drops.
And grats on getting past Astarte. Grimodat castle is a good grinding area. Hope you get some decent gear drops.
