Not optimized for PC at all
My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU
Radeon 6900xt GPU
16GB RAM
SSD

If I set the graphics settings to low, for every setting at 1080p resolution, I still get constant stuttering, screen tearing, and my frame rate is all over the place, between 40 and 55 FPS. My computer is above recommended specs for this game. There is something very wrong with the performance of this game. I'm going to keep playing because I really like this game, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone until it's fixed.

This is especially annoying because it seems to be running so smooth on consoles which are much less powerful. Looks like it was just optimized for Xbox. PC gamers getting shafted AGAIN.

we have the same gpu but mine is slightly oc to 6950xt specs. My cpu is different though.

I am getting really good results even surpassing most rtx 4080 users

AMD released new drivers for the game a couple days ago. I assume you updated them already?

Other than that is the game installed on an SSD that is not mostly full?

With no upscaling/FSR the 6900xt should be running the game at close to 90fps on high settings 1080p and about 75fps at high settings 1440p.

Yup I agree the optimization is trash. Everyone who says it isn't has a very expensive gpu so they can't tell its so un-optimized. Major gas-lighting going on in the forums about the optimization. It's simple, if there wasn't an optimization issue there wouldn't be 100's of posts about it.

It could be your Ram or Ram speeds causing it for this game, or possibly cpu too.

don't worry it's not optimized for console either, hence the 30 fps lock lmao

Maybe is you that are not optimized to play games have you ever though the problem could be inside and not always outside

Classic gaslighter mentality blaming the problem on the consumer instead of the company and its lack of ability to optimize a game.

This game may have some issues, but people need to figure out that they need to learn how to adjust their settings. That's PC gaming

Well it isnt completely out of the question for the OP computer to have malware, outdated software and drivers causing the issues. Its not always the games fault.

The game does need new drivers and it should help quite a bit once they are released. Just have to get people to update them.

Probably they didnt optimize for that type of card, i got the same CPU, running it on a NVME SSD, but i do have it on an older GPU a GTX 1080 and of course i have set it up in 1080 resolution on high res scale, medium in most of it, and some in high and i do get average 45 - 50 fps with the exception in large cities in which goes to around 30 - 35 fps, not a problem yet in my side.

There is definitely some optimization issues when you are inside a building and have a 100 fps then get close to a random static interior window and it drops to 48.

You can try some optimization mods on nexus mods. Most of those can help performance big time, but it can also basically gimp the shadows and other things to low-medium settings.

If you have higher end parts and still having issues at lower settings, then something else may be going on though.

This game is (playable) but obviously could use some Optimization patches big time for a lot of people.

That sucks if you are having issues with the game.
