How is the performance on "High"? I have a rig that is almost identical to yours in terms of generational performance and get the same numbers on high.

Apart from that, optimization is ongoing throughout the EA.

I7 4790k gtx 1080ti 32gb ram and on an ssd. I pull 30-40fps on maxed settings in 2k resolution.

On a 3080 I get ok framerate on vulkan but unbearable graphical glitches, and on dx11 I get good fps when looking west, and 1 fps when looking at any other cardinal direction.
