Initial thoughts...
So far the main issue for me is that opening crates takes too many mouse clicks. It's wearing out my finger. What should be a rewarding part of the game - getting the loot I've found - ends up feeling like a chore.

Otherwise it's pretty cool.

Combat is also very slow. It would be nice to be able to skip the animation or speed up the combat somehow.

Not sure if it was the case in the demo, but you can hold the mouse button down to open crates instead of clicking (still takes too long tho imo).

And yeah, I agree. Combat is very slow. An animation skip/speed up option is very much needed.

Also, please give an option to adjust music/sound effect volume. The short music loop in battle is driving me nuts, but I can't mute it without also muting all other sounds.

The engine on which we made the game does not allow us to properly implement the regulation of sound and music. Trust me we tried to fix it

That sucks. What engine is it?

Clickteam Fusion 2.5

I have been using Fusion for 20 years now. Of course you can implement a volume slider for sound and music. Also the sound option allow you to play sounds with volume in mind. Having volume value set to a global value and read write that value to ini++ will allow you to restore user settings on the fly on each game start.

I really like the game, keep it up :)

Hello!

Sound control can be done.
But in clickteam, the channels work clubfoot, and if I do so "always - set channel volume to alterable value A", then if this variable is equal to zero in the setting, click will still play the sound (albeit for a split second) and then set its volume to 0.
