Aside from the trailer, the menu, the level names, and the credits there is essentially zero text in the game. I'm pretty sure these coded messages are the only story that this game has. From how it looks I think that each letter is simply swapped with a symbol. A 1:1 substitution cipher. I think the first thing that needs to be done to solve this is to identify each unique symbol and give it an alphabet letter.
