My 61 year old eyes/reflexes would be rolfstomped by the Ai.
So my choices are, don't buy or hope for more options for the singleplayer.
YEAH, this will sure solve the problems people already described in here!
or in general the problems with lighting, auto exposure, eye adaption, etc.. that make matters even worse

but YES, lets just communicate
already tried, you do not know who you are warning and the one who is warned does not know that we address to him. it is often not precise enough and too slow
We are not planning on adding floating markers and such HUD elements, but there are some other measures that are planned (and may have been mentioned):
• A BLUFOR tracker: Essentially a map/GPS tool that players will be able to pull out to keep track of their teammates. It will also work as the AI command interface eventually.
• Server-side kit restrictions: These will allow admins to restrict kits per team, both for PvP and co-op, and make sure friendlies and enemies aren't too similar. Although server owners can already restrict kits via server files, we want to eventually allow that mid-session to make things a lot more dynamic and simple.
• IR patches: Reflective patches that can only be seen through night vision. They will likely work like the helmet strobes and have team-only visibility in PvP.
speaking of the current game version, i think even with the mentioned features included the problems would still be bad distant LOD rendering and lighting (or eye-adaption or whatever) in general.
and of course (i didnt mention that for a while now) the missing ability to zoom in for better visual acuity
