Get lucky with artefacts and tarot cards that prevent hits. The cards that prevent the next ten hits are good to look for.

Also a good choice is the one that prevents first hit in each fight.

Thank you! I ended up getting the "prevent next 10 hits" twice and in the second-to-last boss got the "prevent first enemy hit each fight"-artifact. This enabled me to get it.

Seems I got this one by luck, got the research that starts you with a random item and the only run I have done since then got me the Greek thing that prevents 1st hit of every fight...

Just for clarification, as I may have misread this the first time, I do not need to prevent 50 hits in a row, just in a run total?
