Bug fixes:

• You could under certain conditions come back to life with negative HPs, this has been fixed,
  
• The "Wheel of Fortune" tarot card/"Original jack-in-a-box artefact" still found new ways to be annoying and generated NaN items against the last boss, this has been fixed,
  
• The "Reroll" button did not work when you chose the "Justice" tarot card, this has been fixed,
  
• You could sometimes see a legendary item spawning at the very beginning of your run, but not see it in your inventory, this has been fixed,
  
• The checkmark indicating wether or not a monster has been researched in the bottom right of the screen could still be seen on the credits screen, this has been fixed,
  
• Two music could begin at the same time if you chose "The Fool" tarot card to go back two levels right before a boss, this has been fixed,
  
• Sometimes the hotkey buttons to open/close menus would not work, this has tentatively been fixed as I did not manage to reproduce it on my side.

Ok, I think we're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel bug-wise! ːsteamhappyː

Also disabled auto-save while any menu is open, this should at least let you exit and then load your game when stuck inside a menu, until I definitely fix that issue.

The "Click summoner" achievement still refused to activate, it is now, I hope, fixed. ːsteamthumbsupː

Ok so I way miscalculated the achievement about created autoclicks in a run, it has been reduced from "Generate 300,000 autoclicks in a run" to "Generate 50,000 autoclicks in a run", it was not supposed to be this hard! ːsteamfacepalmː

Also added an option to turn off the animated background of the desert and the underwater stages, as it made some people nauseous, hope it helps! As usual, if you have started a run in a previous patch, turn "BG animation" off before in the main menu before continuing your run, as the option won't appear there yet. ːsteamthumbsupː

Forgot to add a save after registering artefacts, this has been fixed and artefacts should register correctly now ːsteamhappyː

Achievements have arrived to “My life as an archeologist”!

Of the 22 achievements, some will not unlock automatically when you start a new run, because their stats were not monitored before or because they have to be done in a single run.
An artefact screen is in the work to let you see which artefact you already have collected and which you haven’t to help you track the progress of the “Renowned archeologist” achievement. Until then, you can now see on the artefact choice screen after every boss a checkmark on every artefact you already have equipped at one time or another (beginning from this patch).

Hope you will enjoy them and that they will bring you new goals to strive for in the game!

Also added a text stating that you just have to click anywhere to skip the fusion animation, so sorry for anyone who did not realize and had to wait!

Also and finally some bug fixes:

• The number of skulls now generated by the “Shrunken head” artefact is now limited to 20 in order to limit CPU consumption,
  
• The “Shrunken head” artefact’s skulls couldn’t reach the wisp to attack it, it should now be fixed,
  
• The space key unpaused the game when it should not have, this has been fixed,
  
• The research card allowing multiple consecutive fusion could prevent the inventory from closing after 3 consecutive fusions, this has been fixed.

It would be advisable to start a new run for this patch, if you load a previous run you might encounter a few graphical issues. Nothing game breaking I think.

• "Original jack-in-a-box" kept generating "NaN rank" items when facing a mimic, this has been fixed,
  
• The "hanged woman" tarot cards sometimes kept the money after the boss or could give more money than intended, almost sure all of this has been fixed,
  
• Added different type of coins (Bronze = 1 coin, Silver = 10 coins, Gold = 100 coins) which should help reduce the strain of catching them all! The monster research card giving XP for each coin and the artefact giving energy for each coin now give more depending on the value of coin,
  
• Added roman numeral above each piece of equipment indicating their rank, you should now be able to tell at a glance which equipment is superior.

• When loading a game under dertain conditions the custom cursor was invisible, this should be fixed,
  
• The last research card still wasn't counted in the final tally, you should normally now be able to see "71/71 research cards" in your Defeat/Victory screen,
  
• It was possible to equip/unequip an equipment with a "+ X to all attributes" stat to keep getting attributes, this has been fixed,
  
• The skill tree assets and effects have been reworked so that they should take a lot less resources to display, fingers crossed ːsteamthumbsupː
