There is no audio using Steam Link on a PC/Deck as the host to iOS/Android devices with Beta Client, rolling back to Stable fixes this issue. Hope you are aware of this.

Wait, this has finally been fixed? It seems like it's been years! This was a hugely irritating issue when UI sounds were turned on and you wake your deck from sleep. It'd scroll right endlessly and all you'd hear was the UI selection sound repeat for 30 seconds.

If you had headphones plugged in, that sucked. And if you didn't and your volume was turned on, that sucked. Especially in public.

Please fix the screen recording functionality through Steam — it's currently not working as expected

I have a question. Why did you give us the option to set games to only update on launch, but forget to implement the feature that tells games to not update until they're launched? Why, every time I go to my downloads page, there's always a game update queued, yet steam global settings are set to only update every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game when I launch it. It seems to be more and more true every passing day, lazy and incompetent people running this company. The only reason it's not on the same level as the other launchers, is because someone somewhere is making these decisions for steam, and not for share holders. That is very quickly becoming your only saving grace, you're not a publicly traded company, so every once in a while you can still make good decisions.
Also, what's the point of setting compatibility globally on Linux, if you're not going to respect it, EVER, GENUINELY EVER. And for literally every game I have to go into its properties and manually set a compatibility tool. I love how many half baked features you constantly shove into this bloated platform, and how many of those will never get a second look, at the very least won't for years.

But will they fix it is the bigger question.

Did they fix the issue with Bluetooth waking up the steam deck from sleep mode. If not I hope they fix it soon.

I just got my Deck a few days ago and I'm not getting achievements popping up or they pop up after a long delay (sometimes over 40 minutes) and I cannot see a notification setting for this

Are you connected online (can you see your friends?) or using it in offline mode?

Yeah I'm online have no issues so far except the achievement notification. I know its not a huge deal but I like them popping up haha

Do you have Decky installed? Try uninstalling it, it will remember your plugins if you want to reinstall later.

If not Decky, I recommend switching to the latest stable beta version to see if that fixes it. If you are experiencing it in Beta, opt out of Beta and try that.
