I haven't had issues with ubisoft launcher, just let it update and let it sync after quitting before force-closing it, since it refuses to close on its own
Last week, I wrote about an issue with the previous Stem Deck Beta Client Update when used in conjunction with the Steam Controller here. It appears this issue is still present in this Feb 14 Beta Client release, and is unresolved. The current workaround is to use the client from the Stable channel.
I can confirm that trackball mode on my Steam Deck's right trackpad, when used in conjunction with "As Mouse" input, doesn't work. I wonder if this is related to the issue I posted about in my previous comment, although the behavior is quite different. In the case of the Steam Deck trackpad, it acts as if the friction is set to 100%, even when I have the friction set to "Low". In the case of the Steam Controller, the same setting results in laggy/stuttered processing of input from the controller's trackpad.
