cant apply update. error occurred

for those running bazzite, this update breaks game recording (kinda). recording works although if the recording isnt manually stopped before exiting the game, the deck will just hang and do a restart. if any bazzite devs see this, heres the bug report.

if this is a steamOS issue, please those that are running it say something. spent a whole day trying to pinpoint the cause of the restarts. decky loader is NOT installed

Yea. Somebody figure out the reproduction steps.

I only help a bit by showing it is reproducible running in any application like firefox. I believe this fix took them like 3 weeks. This bug fix is pretty quick by Valve's standards.

Why did you remove the option to disable Unified Frame Limit Managment with this update?

Also the touchscreen no longer works after this update.
