My steam deck's battery just failed in two weeks after I bought it. What a stupid product.

I am so disappoint with the quality of steam deck. I just bought and use it less than two weeks and my battery is just suddenly disconnected. Now the battery of my steam deck is showed 100% charged, but it is automatically off whenever I unplugged my power cable and no way to turn on it again. Now I cannot use my steam deck without power connection at all. It's just such a stupid defected production.

RMA and contact Valve support team. You are under warranty warentee is the solution to these problems.

Contact Valve support - they are very good despite what people say online! True the steam deck isn't as good as other gaming computers out there but I recently switched from console and I must say that the steam deck is the best gaming device I've ever owned. I had to RMA my deck after a year or so due to crashes happening but no issues once it was returned to me - still this process of RMA was way easier than dealing with any other company for support. Trust me Valve support is great and they will help you with your issue.
