Took a screenshot so everyone stops arguing.

I actually own the game and booted it up. It uses keyboard and mouse just fine. In the main menu, you can toggle between controller and keyboard and mouse easily, with the click of a button. For whatever reason, I feel as though the game had an accidental "controller only" disclaimer wrongly placed on it, as a glitch, but it's gone now. Or, perhaps it initially was intended to be controller only, but they optimized keyboard and mouse into it before launch.
In any case, you can use keyboard and mouse.

It does NOT support kb/m. The option is there, yes... but it doesn't work.
I wish people would stop debating this using "well it says it right there under options" as if it were so.

I just downloaded it and there's three keyboard options:
Keyboard arrowkeys
Keyboard wasd
Keyboard and mouse

I tried the keyboard and mouse option, but it doesn't seem like the mouse does anything at all. With that option I use wasd for direction and space for the action, other than those I'm unaware of any input options other than ESC key for menu.
