when i answer question 3 by scanning the punched lantern (whose description matches the question exactly) I get the question wrong. That's it, can't continue on with the game. I'm pretty sure I looked at all the other descriptions of items and none say it's been found in the ruins of the servants' quarters.. what do i do?...

If exiting the game after having investigated the map for the creek, but before sitting on the bench, then after continuing the game there is no action both on the map and the bench, thus impossible to progress any further.

Hi, fantastic game so far, very engaging. Congrats! Sadly, i cannot proceed with the story because i cant complete the audioguide. I saved and quit before interacting with the 11 sign (Balcony), and when I loaded i cannot push the sign (there are no floating letters as you aproach the stand either, nothing) I tried reloading, and doing over the audioguide (the 10 previous signs in order) but to no avail. Still no way to activate that sign. Hope you can fix this so i can continue, it is really interestin...

When I move my mouse, it has lagging. So it is causing me nausea . Even when I change the display options to all LOW, it is still lagging. It's like when I move my mouse, the angle moved too much, accompany with lagging. My laptop is good enough for most games, so it's not my laptop problem. I really wish I could play it. Even the building itself is so fancy....

I was initially able to use the drawer in the director's office to get the green key, but while looking around the room, I interacted with what I thought was the file cabinet on the left, but was actually the green file cabinet in the archive. The cutscene played out and I got the folder, but was still in the directors office and couldn't leave. I reloaded my previous checkpoint, but now when I go to the director's office, I cannot get a prompt to open the drawer. Unrelated, but another bug is that I am a...

I finished the audio tour and went to the archives. I am suppose to pick up file 18 to scan, but game is frozen. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck. Any advice? I really want to continue but don't want to start from the beginning
