Hi, thank you very much for your feedback!
About the mouse rotation: yes I think that would be possible and a nice improvement. I think the middle mouse button can be used for that, so holding middle mouse button and moving the mouse will rotate then (because the left and right already are sort of 'in use' for selections etc), I have in on my TODO list now.
Also I agree that a difficulty setting would be very nice, also on the TODO list :)
Achievements: also nice! Are you thinking about the achievements just in the game or also published on Steam? I'm not really familiar with the Steam achievements yet (the technical implementation), but from from what I have read now is that the achievements are tied to the user that is logged in on Steam, but the game has multiple 'profiles'. So that would be an issue: if I complete an achievement it will also be the case for all other profiles on my machine. But I saw the 'family sharing' option for steam ( https://store.steampowered.com/promotion/familysharing ), perhaps that would be a solution for having your own achievements in the game, I will have a look and perhaps if that works fine then I have to remove the whole 'profiles' implementation (so 1 steam user only uses 1 profile then). It then would be easier to implement the Steam Achievements I think (on my todo to have a closer look).
And the prolonged game play: I have heard this as well that the game is a bit 'short' and I agree (perhaps also by the lack of difficulty levels now). I was wondering about this, but perhaps instead of having more islands in the 'Story' mode (which might eventually become boring if you have played them for a couple of times already), I would really like to create a 'level-editor/map-editor/world-editor' or something like that. What really would be great is a 'random' world generator, so the player somewhat gets an infinite amount of gameplay time because each world is new again. But still struggling with that, I can not promise anything but I'm hoping to have it implemented some day (or at least something that you can place your own nests/units/structures/resources on an existing map, then save that as a custom level, and then play it).
But thanks again, this kind of feedback gives me the energy to continue improving the game :)
Best regards,
Roel
The keybinding was added in v0.2.8 (you can also use keys now to zoom in/out)

I just released a new version (1.1.0), you now have the ability to build a Watchtower which will attack nearby animals, but will also 'draw' nearby animals when anyone is getting attacked, so it's better for defense then as an attack strategy, see the GIF on the release notes, 1 watchtower is easily destroyed if a lot of animals attack it.

And I agree that achievements will definitely improve the gameplay, it's still on the todo-list :)
Best regards,
Roel
Sounds great, keep up the amazing work, love the game and all you have done :)

Just wanted to inform you on a new update which was requested here, there are now 30 achievements added to the game (v1.2.4). I still have some more playtesting to do for all achievements, but wanted to share it already, so if you encounter any issues, please leave a note :)
Best regards, Roel
Thank you VERY VERY much for all the text suggestions, this is really helpful ! I guess my English is not that great :D
I have already applied most (almost all) of your suggestions in the new version 1.2.9 which has just been released! Some things are a bit tricky though, like with the objectives, so I might have a look at those at a later point.
