Elevator Up Kills Me (multiple times)

I push the bottom to call an elevator, and on the way up, i go through the floor and die. It is the only way to go in this mission, how to get past?

Vision of Truth Mission, leaving X17 lab, "Find the WARD at the northeastern checkpoint" .

For science, I dropped all items, and only kept an artifact. Left the artifact on the elevator ground, pressed button. Artifact went through floor a few "feet" before I started going thru floor of elevator. Mind you, this was just about near the top.

just don't use the elevator instead go straight into the C-Conciousness section, theres a door in front of you, go over there

It looks like I have to use the elevator, here is a video of somebody taking that elevator without issue.

Started jumping a lot in a corner, but was also eating tuna, and got past the bug. Go figure!

on my first run i used the elevator, but on my second run in veteran mode that part was bugged (chose ward) instead i used this door like in this video

Gotcha. It is locked for me, maybe I needed to find keys on a side quest?

Great video on how not to play Stalker 2. If this is a typical player then it explains why there are so many complaints.

I have the same problem, and that door is also locked by me (one of the many bugs this game have)

at the end i came upstairs in one piece, perhaps it works for you too. take the elevator upstairs, when the lift goes up go to the left corner in the elevator and jump like hell (lol) for me that works.
