Insane fps drops after dying or loads last save
Game runs very smooth for me on high preset graphics settings so far in the beginning of the game except when I die and everything reloads. Then I get crazy low frames. Not sure what this is and if anyone else has a similar issue. Drivers all up to date.

Maybe it's the same problem (people talk about memory leak), that game just gets super bad after 30-60 of gameplay and you have to restart the game. might not be connected to dying/reloading? Or maybe it enforces it.

Before the patch used to happen all the time. Now only happens after dying. Once I restart the game, everything is back to normal

Nope,it still happens, even when you don't die. After a while, stutter appears and fps tanks.

Intelligent Standby List Cleaner

it's a tool that removes standby programmes from the memory in the background if the total memory falls below a critical value, which - according to the premise - benefits computer games in particular.

Wouldn't use it

Patch 1.0.1 was very stable and playable, now it's almost unplayable cuz the fps drop... i have to reload or quit the game after few minutes, that on patch 1.0.1 won't

I have a bug similar to you that is entirely repeatable. If I play for say longer than half an hour when I come back into a crowded area my fps drops to 2-5fps. If I come out of the game and go back in all seems to be sorted. This happens all the time and if anything the last patch made the time for it to happen shorter.

I know memory leaks are a catch all term and I am no expert but I have a 4070ti with 12gb of Vram and 32gb of 5600mgz main ram. I play Epic on 1440 and for my sins I use frame gen at native res. Smooth as silk.. until :)

Yeah, i had a tool like that on my other PC, but did not gain much by it.
Ever since I started using DLSS 3.8 and/or 4 this problem stopped happening. I recommend using DLSS Swapper and trying to use the newer DLSS stuff. DLSS 310.2.1 and
DLSS Framegen 310.1 are the ones that work best for me (RTX 4070 laptop)
