Vegetation Texture Flickering
I'm experiencing a strange texture flickering effect where the textures on the vegetation seem to 'dance' or move in an odd way. It’s quite distracting and affects the overall visual experience. Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a fix for it? It really hurts the eyes after being in the forest for 20 minutes. I've already tried disabling FG, and the effect persists.

I have noticed the same thing, so far in one location, but seems to be lumen bugging out, trying to create a shadow of a wall inside the wall itself.
Also got the same issue think it is cause of dlss everything is shimmering in the distance and also lod spawn range is horrible see things pop in very close to me and im playing on epic..
The best way to describe the effect is like watching a stream with a low bitrate.

It looks mostly blurry. Putting the vegetation in low makes this effect less noticeable

Same but playing on lower settings. No idea what the higher end gear people see. Youtube videos might help determine if it's a low spec issue?

I’m playing with everything set to max. My only issue is with the vegetation—it looks really bad. Interestingly, setting the vegetation to the minimum makes it less noticeable.

Same Problem.
Disabeling DLSS Frame Generation fixes it but i go from 80 frames down to 30 so its not a real solution.

Same here, but there's more. Later in the game you'll find broken wall textures. Maybe it's buggy reflections, or something - but it's only on those specific walls.

vegetation texture flicker happens if you have FSR 3 Frame Gen activated but have DLSS, TSR, FSR etc turned off you have one have one of those on while frame gen is active and the flicker won't happen

TSR 100%, Epic settings no FG3. Looks normal on low to mid distance, motion blurr always off 0%

I have this issue with all useable techniques right now. I'm on RTX 4080, so I don't use FSR. If you're on RTX 4000 series, you can't even use FSR FG. This only works, if you're on RTX 3000, or lower - because they don't support native Nvidia FG.

Also I would rather live with flicker, as using FSR, or TSR - because it's ugly.

Might help if your flickering is the LOD getting into some kind of z fighting

Light flickering?
If we're talking about the same thing, I was able to solve it.
I don't know what exactly is responsible for it, but with this config it works as it should.
