Crashed while Rendering Shaders

According to steam I've got over half an hour in the game but that was all shader rendering, and twice now it's crashed during that process. I've not even seen the start menu yet and I'm nearing an hour of "gameplay".

Edit: Three crashes now. I legit can't play this game at all.

Edit 2: The answered post got me through the render crashes, but might not fix it for everyone. Give it a go though!

help me too ?? i get the PCD3D_SM6 but it is not compatible with PCD3D_SM5
error but not in shader complain, it happens when i try to open a new save for the first time,
i have 5 hours according to steam and it all for wating to shaders for 40 mins to crash in 3 seconds. i lookted up the error, its not only in stalker, its with all ue5 games most of it in ark survival ascended. if anyone helps ill be grateful, i'm waiting this game for years and saved up money just for this. i feel like slave now waiting for sahders with my own money to see a ♥♥♥♥♥ painting of 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up buildings

so even found a group with ppl getting the same error, its not about hardware stuff whic is a good thing. this is the only thing we found out so far. the error saying PCD3D_SM6 whic is a ue5 shadering sytsem. we are still looking for solution but you know the "shaders compiling" screen when oppening the game takes 40 minutes. hell lot of a time waste, if you have spare time you can try adding launch options via steam ant try them.

hey hope you can understand in english, in case i will drop a russian translate too..

locate the game files, find the exe, right click, send it to desktop as shortcut, then right click, properties, and add your "setting" to the target bars end. like when you click the properties -> target : c/axaxax/xaxax stalker. exe "-dx12"

HELLO! i got big news. i got a mail from a dev, he asked me if a had a second monitor.
i said i do. he said it might be cousing the crash. do you guys have a second monitor too ?
im going to disable 2nd m and try again (it takes 45 mins to boot the game)

i have 0 problems with shaders. but when the option to pick difficulty comes and i pick one the game crashes at loading into the game.

bro its SAME as mine, i see the loading screen for like 2 or 3 second. i can get in the main menu too. it all happens when i try to open a new game

what is the error message you get ?? we deffinetly have the same problem. it will be easier if we work together and see what we have in common to make the game crash

this fixed it for me....

Just try to update the BIOS FIRMWARE in case you have 13th or 14th gen processors. It worked for me
