Frustration Badge

I can't get the frustration badge (devil gets angry)! I looked up the answer as I had no idea and it turns out I have a missing part. I remember doing chapter 9 level 4 Misfortune (queen suffers 4 misfortunes) before the update but now it's disappeared and apparently that is the level you get the Frustration badge. 4. is now matriarchy. Any ideas? M game is fully updated
