"Error: You are banned"
Anyone else having this issue when trying to log back into ANY official servers? My duo (also my husband) has been getting this error code when trying to log back into the server (we also tried other servers to see if it was just that one). We tried reaching out in every way possible to the developers to see if this was system error. Obviously we don't cheat...

There are many reasons for a ban on official servers. For example: I got banned for toxic behavior. You can file an appeal on the official discord server.
You can DM @Dracula's Mailbox for ban appeals.
Right click at the bot, click Message, then provide the details for your ban appeal including the server you were banned from, player name, and steam ID.
