Reporting Harassment???

Now I hate to be that guy, I can take smack talk all day, but when it gets personal and family gets brought in I feel obligated to take action. Today I got told that someone hopes my wife and 1 year old daughter gets "gang r*ped and killed" and another completely different person said they think all women should be controlled and "having a daughter is only good for taking another mans last name". Now of course I reported this on steam and have screenshots of their messages and Steam ID's but I want to make sure this gets taken care of and doesn't get brushed aside. Is there any other methods I can utilize to report this?

Just block them? or literally move to another server or something if you don't want regular contact with said people.. Yeah you'll have to start from scratch but it's better than dealing with those people... people on the internet is toxic asf which is why I stick to private/solo who knows maybe you can convince your wife to play with you.

I mean yeah the first guy is a real ♥♥♥♥ and should be removed from the internet entirely but the 2nd guy as wrong as he is, is very casual internet dickishness.

I mean I've reported similar people on steam and nothing happened so I just ignore the keyboard trolls, we both know they won't say ♥♥♥♥ to your face the monitor gives people a false sense of security.

Best thing to do is steam report and find an actual support e-mail to send the evidence, if it breaks the ToS they will have action taken against their account.

Just trolls being trolls, you probably should of just ignored them because if they see this post well, you just gave them fuel. There is no way for them to actually reach you so there is no cause for concern, they are just getting you riled up
