How to use Copper Key?

I'm trying to destroy a castle heart during pvp hours but I cannot figure out how to use the key.

Unless you are on a full PVP server, you have to wait until the castle heart runs out of blood essence and decays completely.

Definitely on a full pvp server. It's an official one. I asked the ppl on the server. They were confused too. Tried two different hearts and neither could be destroyed.

There is regular pvp and full loot pvp keys can be used on full loot pvp. If your full loot (you lose everything plus gear when you die) you should be able to use keys unless the owner tweaked some server settings and disabled keys completely

Ok I guess the ppl on my server were wrong. I didn't realize there was a difference. Full loot pvp sounds insane!
