How to delete items in the world? How to clean the whole world from trash?

Just throw stuff on the ground. It goes away after a while.

If it's equipment or something that can be salvaged you can put it in the devourer or whatever that chest that turns stuff that can be salvaged into it's component materials is called. Outside of that you can just leave it on the ground like Suzaku said.
