Well,saw the letter. Obviously they want the attention on New World,so Lost Ark will be delayed as much as possible. I think people will be mad,and just for that reason almost no one will move to New World. And they are losing the people interested on Lost Ark itself. I see a big ammount of refunds coming, mostly because the disrespect to the community,they way they treated the fans and supporters. I see a dark future for New World, a few dark months for Lost Ark,and a lifetime terrible reputation for amazon games.

Gotta love that they are curing all comments now. Man, I feel bad for their frontline grunt community managers for LA. Obviously the higher ups have zero desire to support this product with anything more than the bare minimum. Between the flop that was Crucible and obvious coming flop of New World, they haven't earned a single bit of faith as a publisher or developer. And now not only have they earned no faith, they are sitting at a massive deficit.

I don't know why anyone would assume that their support of Lost Ark at this point, when it finally comes out, would be anything other than the complete bare minimum, if not wilfully hamstringing it in order to try to drive people to their self-made MMO.
