How do i select the mosquitoes looking ammo?

as the title says, i am unable to select them there is only 5 of them and on the ammo screen to the right on itself i know they are like sniper ammo but i have no clue how to use them.

They are used when you are using binoculars. I learnt that back on the XBox when this first came out
