Streamer Copyright Music Warning!

I'm a twitch partnered streamer who just received an email from Twitch about music in my VODs being flagged as copyright music, all from streaming Blue Prince.

The email is saying the following tracks have been flagged.

Copyrighted Work(s):
The Roots Above by Trigg & Gusset
The Stars Unseen by Trigg & Gusset
Visions of Emerald by Trigg & Gusset

These VODs are from over a week ago and the warnings came today, so I'm not sure if something has recently changed but the developers need to look into this as to prevent streamers from having action taken against them.

You'll probably need to turn the music off in the game if you're streaming it. Video game music copyright is complicated.

Hey, I have concerns about your copyright policy.
In section "unauthorized uses" it states, "Raw Fury does not condone video and other content that is illegal, racist, sexist, prejudicial to sexual orientation, sexually explicit, disparaging, promotes hate crimes, or is otherwise offensive is not tolerated.". I am not against your values and opinions, but I don't think this belongs there.
You are basically admitting to viewpoint discrimination when it comes to copyright. To me, this sentence says that you are willing to copyright strike any content that might contain viewpoints you dont like, talks about your company or your games in unfavorable way, or is made by a person that you might dislike. This is an admission of copyright abuse.
I hope that this is just a mistake and you didn't mean that your company's policy is to send fraudulent DMCA strikes against any content that you might find "racist" or "sexist". You are free to have and express any viewpoints, but so do other people.

??? I don't know where you got this from. The Twitch detection of copyright music is automated, and Helen is just suggesting to show Twitch CS the Let's Play policy to resolve the issue in the streamer's favor.
