The lack of half-sized walls is hindering my creativity.

Seems like a pretty easy thing to add into the game, unless it already exists somewhere... I haven't gotten all the blueprints in the city zone yet but I can't imagine they would lock something so simple behind that.

But yeah, give us half sized walls please. Just for aesthetics, don't really care about functionality.

If you're in the city you should have the barrier blueprint. Iirc from the snow region. It's tall enough to provide cover to turrets and still letting them fire.

With respect to height, I'd say the barriers are 1/4 walls ...

And they can be stacked to 1/2 height

They are kinda ugly though.

using the small stairs you can stack the barriers higher and the top one only loses power so its still there just dark ( and doesn't provide or receive the hp buff to others)
