Softlock (The Rig DLC) ?

I cleaned up all the oil spills and sold the resulting tubes... Without knowing that I had to give one to build the defense system.
Am I softlocked or do I have an alternative ?

If you've unlocked the Foundry level 2 you can craft tubes with scrap metal and the oil droplets you get from reeling in at the wrong time while fishing in an oily spot(Doesn't matter if you've cleaned up the spill if it's one of the new fish it'll work)

But don't work anymore. I don't know why but I can't generate an oil spot.

Actually, I was checking on this. I am guessing they do not replenish, then? I realize you can still craft as stated, I finished the DLC, but that is a bit annoying that there is not a way to choose if you want to oily water back. Maybe a "button" on the drill at the RIg you can hit whenever you clean it all up after the end of the story line?

If you talk to the Foreman and ask him about ooze spots, it will spawn more in if there are none available - He'll tell you where.

The oily fishing spots do regenerate, you just need to wait for a couple of in game days.

I expressed myself badly. I can fish in the little black puddles. But do not generate black droplets on the deck of the boat while fishing.
