next time dont be greedy in buying every game you see.
The AI still cheesy but beatable, just that Rally tires' on-road performance seems to have been adjusted and the expansion tracks have more complicated turns and terrain. After I changed my high power Rally tire builds to Semi-slicks it's been quite manageable using drafting and slingshots.
Agree the story is meh, I don't think I've done most of the story races but I'm just here to tune cars and go vroom. Can't say I care too much about wheelspins, I just mash through them at this point. Most of my credits came from testing builds in Rivals.
This is some wacky projection, kid! Where does a teenager like you (are you yet age 16?) get employment enough to buy THREE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY VIDEO GAMES W/DLC?!
"win some lose sum get over it..."?? Well, sure, when the hundreds of dollars (thousands for you) that are peeling their way off to Steam year after year to keep you growing up (maturing) come off of your parents fat cash roll!
Hey, try this: Be grown up enough to delete that absurd response you fast-whipped at the thread's originator.
I regularly see new cars in 5 like the e-tron, Nissan Z, Nevera, Evija... Looking at the wiki[forza.fandom.com] it's at least 20 new cars added to Horizon every year, going by production year alone, even when I count all Extreme Es as 1 car. That's 1 car every 2 weeks, which I think is insane considering all the licensing negotiations and scanning and sound recording and production. I certainly wish there was more but there's probably a lot going on behind the scenes. For example I'm pretty sure car brands would generally prefer to promote their newer models, especially EVs.
The game most guilty of copying nearly everything from the previous game IMO is Need for Speed, of which Unbound is curiously more expensive than Forza 5 despite having around 20% of the cars and a smaller map, and I'm saying that even though I actually like NFS for arcadey city racing!
But yes it is quite dissapointing if you dont race 24/7 and want to genuinely enjoy driving around, you cant look around the car, you cant even control your headlights and you cant do many things.
my views on FH5 are insanely mixed and i dont think i'll be buying FH6 if its gonna be like this.
FH5 just feels bland and leaves a bad taste after each play, its like if the whole air felt toxic, the voice actors dont feel like if they even wanted to be behind the mic at all. The whole game just sugarcoats you going 'you are the hero here' 'you are a superstar', soyboy much.
