Oh! Yeah! Still dealing with amateurs here. I almost forgot.
I just want to second this sentiment. Please configure it so that the invite player(s) function still works even when the game is modded.
This is the same sh!t as Valheim, where the modders have done the devs' jobs and more in a short amount of time. After blacklisting mods, this game is actually unplayable. Horrible framerate, tunnel vision FOV, atrocious bots, and either boring or tedious enemy encounters.
How to fix this mess is simple:
--Implement a matchmaking flag that tags players using modded files with the option for vanilla players to kick modded players if they want (Payday 2)
--OR--
--Implement a matchmaking flag that tags players using modded files and restricts matchmaking to players using modified files (Dark Souls) with friend invites being able to override this function (Direct Play).
--REMOVE THE SECONDARY GAME MODE RESTRICTION! Every single press release since the mod blacklist is a dishonest post, since you're not only cut off from multiplayer, but you're also cut off from Survival and Point Defense, reducing the already-limited variety of gameplay just for not wanting to vomit when I cut corners while aiming using an FOV mod.
--ADD IN A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FOV SLIDER!!! This is not hard, this is covered in multiple YouTube tutorials, and is one of the chief complaints for the game since launch. Poor performance and AI is bad enough, but not being able to track your targets without getting whiplash or nausea is objectively poor design. If modders can fix this issue on day one, then there is no excuse for it to not be in the game, especially with this blacklist crap.
Which perks? What exactly was fixed?
Can we have more clarity? Otherwise it all looks like "we did SOMETHING, try to guess what"
