Perfect Dodge? Perfect Spell Dodge?
How do "Perfect Dodge" and "Perfect Spell Dodge" stat's work??

What do they do? How are they different from regular dodge and spell dodge?

As Far I know . Regular dodge rolls against the enemies Hit rating. Perfect dodge doesn't.

So if you have have 30% perfect dodge you always have 30% of chance of dodging regardless of enemies hit rating.
