Any hint to find all the collectables maybe ? (and or the alt ending ?) Only missing 1 mega chip, 2 dark data thingy and the last secret of the inventory :/

Apparently there was alternative ending you get from completing the game for the second time, but can't find it anywhere on youtube. So what's the difference in it?
