Defcon Wont Run

When i try to open Defcon, it gets me to the menu but it is glitched so hard, in that there are hundreds of coulourful lines from left to right of the screen, pixels flying around randomly, i tried installing the newest drivers but it still wont work. I think it has something to do with OpenGL but i have completely no idea how to fix it. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
Im running Radeon HD 7520+7600 Dual Graphics.

mine is not even starting! if i'm gonna start it, i get a black screen and the problem window appears, that the programm is not working correctly and i will get messaged, whent there is a solution

i just got the game. mine wont start either. crashes right away
