I'm stuck looking down at feet...

I've restarted the game and the pc. Every time I walk off of the helicopter, my camera shoots down to the ground. From there, I can look only in a 360 direction. Not vertically.
I checked the keybinds, they're correct.

Anyone else having this issue?

I've had this happen but not get stuck, my camera will just randomly pan down at my feet a couple times. Gonna try disabling my controller that I use for PJ64 to see if that helps

Disabled my controller and it hasn't happened since, even if you're using a M+KB unplug or disable the controller
