It is a fun game that has almost nothing to do with sniping, now it is just a good shooter. Nothing wrong with good shooters except the first thing that jumps out is that ugly live service menu. I never played a live service game in my life but this thing where most of the weapons are locked and you have an option to buy them in a main menu is just slimy, If you take some time and look at the huge list of weapons, weapon skins, characters and missions.....Long story short if you want to buy this game you will get 2/3 of story, maybe 50 % of weapons and most of them are crap and a small cast of characters.
I think Rebellion tested the waters for a future live service game, just my theory. I don't think PC gamers care about that stuff because the biggest story DLC has 20 reviews. If you decide to buy this game be aware that you are buying a DLC because this game has many features locked behind the dollar sign and they will let you see it in the MAIN MENU.
Like I said before, I liked the game but the whole under cover live service thing is slimy.

The level art is quite good, with some interesting environments that really draw you in. However, I can't say the same for the level layouts. Frankly, I found them to be lack of variety and, dare I say it, stupid. It felt like navigating towards point A to point B w/o any side options. Linear as it is.

Speaking of gameplay, there were some mechanics that are rather annoying nor fun.
Enemy stomping looks fun in theory but hitbox zone is so tiny, that you can stomp 5-10 times in a row before you hit bulls eye.
While this is 4th game in a series - almost all mechanics didn't changed since 1st game & trilogy at all.

and useless cutscenes are waste of time, which triggers suddenly & annoys you with removal of ultimate finishing move.

Developers of game tried to deliver some kind of game-as-service features, (which were not present on previous parts) but those were poorly implemented and failed to generate any real interest or excitement.

Honestly, I strongly recommend to start this on the highest available difficulty. Anything less - you'll find 0 challenge at all.

While game has some fun moments, it's far way too far from perfect.
If you want to play something for a few evenings, in coop then - give it a go.
Overall, this one is ~ok-ish experience, but I wouldn't recommend pay full price for it.

Basically very similar to Left4dead with third person perspective, nazi-zombies and collectibles.
Also you can get upgrades for your weapons with upgradekits which are hidden in each mission. I think you can repeat missions to get all upgrades but you can't respec from what i can tell.
We've encountered no bugs so far.

It's fun with friends. But it would be even more fun if it there were a option to change the view to first person!
