LAN's and alt access points

Is there some way I don't know about to make the LAN sys admin take longer to find you when you get a LAN that has an alt access point which is just a straight phone line in that goes straight to the mainframe? It doesn't seem possible to destroy a system in the amount of time you have for the admin to kick you off the LAN without Revelation.

When the data's being deleted you could bring up the LAN VIEW and use back to go to the modem, then keep jiggling back and fourth between the modem and main server to avoid being busted.
