Also keep in mind game is processing hidden shader compilation in main menu. If you experience stutter there, just wait. Once stutters are gone it means your cache is ready and game should perform properly.

I am unable to even reach the options, the game crashes after the "Press Any Button" splash screen and tells me I'm out of VRAM without any other apps active (3090Ti).
