Hands, Coins, and Eyes, Multiplayer

Does anyone know the best way to get hands, coins, and eyes without relying on multiplayer, as it's incredibly unfair?

There is no efficient way.
There are some specific enemies that will drop like 3 hands or 2 coins.
Plucked eyes are impossible levels of hampered in offline mode, I have been able to gather a couple hundred over a a few days, but it certainly is less."

Otherwise it really needs to be online.

u can do the crucible challenges (3 boses without dyng) and it give 100 of each one

Eyes are actually easy to get, certain areas (like starting from the Windmill vestige or from the bell vestige) you have time and time again (most of the times) enemies nearby that are easy to kill and give you eyes.
I already used some 100 and have more than 120 (waiting to see if something interesting show up for me to purchase, if not I will just hoard it).

That or invading but I will wait until I beat my game to do it (or if I get invaded)

FYI you can't farm the online currencies while offline, just saying.

Holy bulwarks have a TINY chance of dropping like 2 pilfered coins on death (no need to pick up whatever it dropped, the coins are given to you directly on kill):

Ruiners and Skinstealers work the same as the holy bulwark but gives between 1 and 3 severed hands instead of coins.

Bringers of stillness work the same as the others I have mentioned, except they drop like 2-3 plucked eyeballs instead of hands or coins.

Again, the drop chances are STUPIDLY SMALL for the currency so I hope you've been stocking up on ALL the drop chance loot, because you are going to need it, this is unironically worse to farm that the proof of a concord kept in DS3 by orders of magnitudes...

You can play crucible. But it will be faster if somebody can join you in multiplayer but sadly the people who go online is very few....

The fastest way is doing the crucible even the very last one is fast enough than farm pilfered coins. The only downside is each step for each crucible is one and done for each character you make.

Eyes can be done in single player. There are enough red lanterns out there but maybe not as many as you're looking for. I am farming the abiding defenders in Empyrean for their gear and came across three there. (Actually never knew what the eyeballs were for until I googled, forgot the shrine was there, would have activated more.)
