Game wont launch due to out of memory error

Here are my computer specs

PowerSpec G474 Gaming PC
Intel Core i9 14th Gen 14900KF 2.4GHz Processor
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB GDDR6X
G.Skill 64GB DDR5-5600 RAM
2TB Solid State Drive

It keeps saying "Error" Out of memory trying to allocate rendering resources "
I ran this on my older PC before I upgraded but due to lacking specs, It was barely playable. I recently made a major upgrade and this game plus Returnal I get the same messages about my memory. I only have Steam/Discord running in the background. I'm using a 1080P screen 120Hz. Even tried running it at 60Hz and it makes no difference.

I have done the basic validating files, update drivers (which actually needed updating), restarted my PC, disabled Firewall and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still get the Error.

Does anyone have any helpful solutions?

Yes, it's a general Intel problem with 13xxx and 14xxx series

Manually set the processor frequency to ~4.2-4.6 GHz, without auto tuning, and the problem will disappear. I had the same thing. This is a problem with all games on the UE engine and 14900

I can confirm that lower the Cpu frequency fixed the issue! Lords of the fallen and Returnable both boot now!
